Iyalode Yorubaland, Alaba Lawson mourns former world court judge, Bola Ajibola

The Iyalode of Yorubaland, Iyalode Alaba Lawson has commiserated with the family of the late World Court Judge, Prince Bola Ajibola who passed on Sunday, describing the deceased as a wonderful father and notable kinsman of Owu kingdom of Egbaland.

Lawson in a condolence letter dated April 11, 2023, to the bereaved family, pointed out that death is inevitable for all human beings, adding that the later former Minister of Justice in Nigeria had really made his impacts

‘I commiserate with you all on the home calling of a wonderful father and kinsman of Owu Kingdom His Excellency, Prince Abduljabar Bolasodun Adesunmbo Ajibola. Death is inevitable for all human beings. Prince Bola Ajibola had really made his impacts everywhere he served’, the letter reads.

The letter emphasized and admitted that the deceased was an erudite scholar who left good legacies on the sand of law, education and Owu Kingdom, stressing that he would be sorely missed

‘An erudite scholar, he left GOOD LEGACIES on the sand of law, education and most especially as Olori Omoba of Owu Kingdom. He will be sorely missed. A great philanthropist who had helped so many with his positions, especially the downtrodden masses. He valued EDUCATION greatly hence the establishment of Crescent University, Lawson wrote.

‘A committed religious Prince of Owu Kingdom had contributed and completed his own quota globally. His name will forever be remembered positively.

May Prince Bolasodun Ajibola’s soul rest in perfect peace. Amen. May Allah grant him Aljannah Firdaus. Amen’, the letter added.
