Keke Palmer Goes Nuclear On Trey Songz For Secretly Filming Her

by Daniji Emmanuel

Earlier this evening, a fan took to Twitter to point out that they spotted a familiar face in a new music video but it’s safe to say they didn’t receive the response they were hoping for.

Once Keke Palmer got wind of the fact that Trey Songz used her “likeness” in the project, she absolutely went off on the singer, claiming that he secretly filmed her after she said she didn’t want to be involved.

Taking to Twitter and Instagram alike, Palmer explained the situation from her point of view, firmly expressing that she is appalled, furious and disgusted to learn that Trey Songz blatantly ignored her wishes, explaining she allegedly didn’t authorize her cameo in his new music video.

“This is preposterous. How am I in this video Trey?” Palmer writes. “After you found me in a closet HIDING because I was so afraid of anymore conflict. Literally my last option was to hide because you all would not listen when I said I did not want to be in the video the FIRST time.”

“Just cause you give someone food and alcohol and throw in a little sexual intimidation doesn’t mean they will buckle,” Palmer continues. “Yet, you still disrespected me as a young women, whom you’ve known since she was TWELVE. YOU STILL, defied my wishes and in turn showed your lack of respect for a brand that took me fourteen years to build and put me in the video against my wishes. Come on bruh, I clearly said no and you said okay, yet I was being secretly filmed when you told me ‘let me just show you the idea’?? Wow.”

Palmer then goes on to explain that “no means no,” and that when it comes to her business and being respected, she is dead serious she will never be taken advantage of.

“I’m serious about my business and you will not use my likeness without MY permission,” she continues. “When you in front of a boss you treat them like one, like I treat YOU. NO MEANS NO!!!!!!! People have to listen to women and stop questioning them and their intelligence.”

Concluding her lengthy caption, Palmer adds, “It would be great to be able to handle these things privately but why when they aren’t respected?”

Damn. From the looks of it, Trey Songz not only has a lot of explaining to do, but owes quite the apology to his longtime friend. At the time of this report, he has yet to offer a statement regarding this matter.

Take a look at Keke Palmer reacting to the news that she appears in a new video that she previously stated she wanted no part of in the posts below.
