My Dear Good People of Ogun State, My Loyal Followers,
I have seen the rumour being peddled around that my name is not on the PDP register submitted to INEC.
Let me assure you — it is false, it is baseless, and it is dead on arrival.
This rumour is nothing but the beginning of fear that has gripped the APC in Ogun State. They have seen the handwriting on the wall.
Why are they suddenly panicking? Because the weight we carry across Ogun State is now too heavy for them to bear. Their own experts have gone across the 20 Local Government Areas of our dear state with their winning probability survey, and the results shocked them — PDP is the preferred choice of the people.
When a government that has failed the people sees defeat coming, what does it do? It manufactures lies. It spreads rumours to demoralise our base.
I say to you: Do not be discouraged. Be more energised!
Our name is on the register. Our party is on the ballot. Our mandate is with the people.
They cannot delete the love the people have for us. They cannot delete destiny.
Stay focused. Stay united. Victory is coming.
