Lagos East Poll: APC Confidence Of Victory – Abdul Sallam

Hon. Abdul Salam Dullar, the Chairman, Shomolu LG has expressed confidence that the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Tokunbo Abiru will win the Lagos East election today, December 5 2020.
He made this known in the early hours before the polling exercise.
Speaking with newsmen, he also debunked the purported rumour that the APC intends to buy vote. He said APC has done its homework and do not need to cajole voters to gain their trust. He also added that the APC has never bought votes.
“We have worked assiduously long before today. We chose a candidate with credible administrative history and we campaigned extensively.”
“Lagos is our home so we do not need to panic.
“I will only implore that the media do their job and help project all activities today, as a independent observers to let the world know what is going on.But as far as APC is concerned, victory will be ours.” He stated.
