Not many people know that leading real estate player, Nonso Ume Ezeoke is married. And this is authoritative. We can confirm to you that this pretty lady got married quietly in the US a few months back and she only recently returned to Lagos. And who is the lucky guy? Top Lagos property lady, popularly called Nonso Ume Ezeoke was few months ago married in the US to her long time friend, Architect (Sir) Clement Ezeh. City People can authoritatively reveal that, the real estate queen is now to be known as Mrs Chukwunonso Onny-Ezeh.
Chukwunonso is the Chief Executive Officer of Assist -2-Sell Properties Limited. Nonso, as she often called is a graduate of Law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with 2-class Upper and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999. She is a member of Ikoyi Club, 1938 and VGC Club. Nonso is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. Nonso is a certified by the VV Lead Fellowship program.
She has over 11 years of active real estate practice and she is now the most sought-after speaker on real estate issues. She runs a monthly training programme for women in conjunction with the US Consulate, called The Lady Realtor.
The beautiful lady, Nonso is a woman of class who has carved a niche in the real estate sector, she has now officially married to Arch. Clement Ezeh in the US. The wedding ceremony was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Jersey City, New Jersey, USA.
How about her husband, Clement Ezeh is a renowned Architect and Project Executive, with one of the top property development firms in the US. He is tall and handsome. He is US-based.
According to Nonso, “we met in a couple of years ago in New Jersey when I went on a sales presentation.
The beautiful lady said further that, the first thing that struck her when they first met is his good looking. He is very handsome, according to Nonso. Nonso reveals further that, it was purely business that got them together.
How did this lucky man propose to Nonso? “He did not really propose, I can’t recall exact proposal. It was a mutually respectful relationship. We had a lot in common. He is an Architect. He is into constructions. I am a real estate broker and I am a lawyer. We always have a great conversation about buildings, real estate investments, about a new trend in housing developments. So, it was more like an intellectual relationship that eventually metamorphosed into a serious relationship and has now turned into marriage. So, from outset, we were friends. We were more like business partners. We were platonic friends for years. It was just about a year ago we really started a a real relationship.
It was a very wonderful and colourful wedding. The programme of the wedding started with a waterside ceremony that was officiated by 2 Clergy men.
Everybody loved everything used at the wedding ceremony. The bride’s dress was by Lagos top designer, Deola Sagoe. Nonso looks so beautiful in the dress. While the cake was by the famous TV celebrity, The Cake boss.
