The postponed Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium has been rearranged for Thursday 27 April, kick-off 20:00 BST.
The latest clash between the Reds and Blues was scheduled for the weekend of the EFL Cup final, but United’s progression to the Wembley showpiece meant the match had to be changed.
The derby will be screened live by Sky Sports in the UK and comes ahead of Sunday’s match at Old Trafford against Swansea City, which is a midday start.
Pep Guardiola’s side won 2-1 in the reverse fixture but United swiftly gained revenge with a 1-0 triumph in the EFL Cup.
Manchester City who are currently 3rd on the log with 57 points will be hoping they extend their league lead further when they take on United at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Manchester United just moved up by a spot from the 6th position where they have occupied since January and can turn things around and move within top three if they win all of their two outstanding matches.
