Medical Expert, Dr. Abayomi Ajayi Begins 3rd Physicians Mentoring Programme

• Names 15 Top Experts as Mentors

• Unveils 14 Young Physicians As Mentees

Medical expert and MD/CEO Nordica Fertility Centre, Dr. Abayomi Ajayi on Tuesday 4^th July, 2023 began the 3^rd edition of his annual physician mentoring programme.

The extensive training programme which is tagged “Dr. Abayomi Ajayi Physicians Mentoring Programme (Cohort 3)” began with a kick-off meeting between the mentors and the carefully chosen mentees.

This was held via a noble virtually platform giving every participant the privilege of attending the meeting from their various locations across the country and beyond. They were able to meet with one another for onward interaction.

The Physicians Mentoring Programme is organised for emerging Physicians in partnership with Nordica Foundation. The Programme was born out of the burning desire of the founder to enhance the career growth of young physicians and improve transformative leadership in the medical profession.

The mentoring programme is highly beneficial to mentees who are young medical professionals and aspiring medical leaders. It gives them the opportunity to develop an on-going relationship by meeting regularly and discussing matters relating to career development and advancement within an organised and supportive framework.

The achievement made at previous editions of the training is remarkable. They have successful churned out courageous and determined physicians doing remarkably well in the profession.

A team of 15 highly resourceful minds and top professionals were brought on board as mentors for this year’s training. Meanwhile there are 14 lucky physicians selected as mentees for this year’s cohort 3 edition of the mentoring programme. They are Udeme Unyime Denis, Ajao Mayowa, Henry Ezeife Nwankwo, Priscilla Mordi, Chinmeri Achonu, Perelade Kingdom, Halima Onanuga, Jamila Adamu, Adenike Adegeye, Oluwayemisi Olowolagba, Nneka Asuai Iyonmahan, Joseph Onumeguolor, Ebehireme Sylvia Udegbe, and Michael Tobiloba fagbayimu. They will be benefiting from the wealth of experience of the renowned personalities who are mentors for the training.
