The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) is the umbrella body of the organized private sector (public and private) responsible for housing development in Nigeria. This association is headed by the President at the federal, and a Chairman at the state level. In Lagos State, the current Chairman of REDAN is Dr Bamidele Onalaja, the CEO of RevolutionPlus Property. Below we unveil the exco of Lagos Chapter Of REDAN.
BAMIDELE ONALAJA
CEO RevolutionPlus Property. He is the current Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, (REDAN). He holds his first degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA, Marketing) from the Lagos State University (LASU). He proceeded to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) where he had his advanced Diploma in Project management and became a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the United States of America.
In 2004 he joined Agbara Estates Ltd as the marketing manager to pioneer the sale of the “Vivas Home Project” within the estate and other phases of development which recorded monumental success.
Thereafter he joined Refuge Home Savings and Loan Ltd (Mortgage Bankers) as the head of projects and business development, where he pioneered the department and guided the bank into acquiring several landed properties such as the “BEAUFORT ROYALE ESTATE”, an estate of over 170 acres of land, part of which was Refuge Estate development of 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedroom semidetached duplexes in the Mowe area of Ogun State. Also there is RHEMA ESTATE Ibafo comprising of various development built on about 75 acres of land and the NEXT LEVEL SHOPPING COMPLEX Akowonjo in Lagos which created mortgage opportunities for the bank as the banks customers were able to acquire the various properties.
Over the years, with his dedication to service, Bamidele was able to grow the banks real estate investment and also took the responsibility of starting the banks facility management department of the bank.
He later joined Cornerstone Mortgage Bank as the Head, Mortgage Operations. Being a new department, he was responsible for the creation of both short term and long term mortgages through the various real estate products and development such as the ROSE GARDEN ESTATE, ABESAN LAGOS to meet the banks ever increasing customers demand and also drive the National Housing Fund (NHF) for the various customers and cooperatives of the bank.
Bamidele Onalaja joined Safetrust Mortgage Bank (Formerly Sterling Homes) as the Branch Manager for the Ikeja branch to drive the business activities of the bank. He resigned from Safetrust Mortgage Bank to focus on his own business “REVOLUTIONPLUS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED” a game-changing Real Estate Development Company. Recently, he was awarded the Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year, an award he has won back to back at the Real Estate Excellence Awards organised by Betamedia Ltd. Also, he was awarded the Real Estate personality of the year award at the 2019 City People Magazine Awards.
OLOLADE ABUTA
Ololade Valentina Abuta is the is the Publicity Secretary of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, REDAN) Lagos Chapter MD/CEO, Gracias Group, which has Gracias Properties as one of its subsidiaries.
She was born on the 14th of February 1983 in festac town, Lagos State, Nigeria. She is the second of four children( three girls and one boy) Her mother is a retired Fashion designer while her father is a businessman.
She attended Early Life Nursery and Primary School festac town, Boluwatife Primary School Badagry, Ajara Grammar School Badagry, Army Cantonment Girls Secondary School Ojo Barracks and the University of Lagos.
Ololade started her career as an actress (Yoruba Movies) years back. She featured in few movies and produced 2 movies MADARU 2008 and OGIRI 2010. She switched to buying and selling, She owned Lagos one shop on Aladelola Street, Ketu, Lagos and Adekunle Banjo Street, Magodo in 2011/2013. She also owned a fashion store on Association Avenue Magodo in 2012/2014. Ololade is an entrepreneur, She is one of the fast-rising Real Estate Gurus in Nigeria.
TOBY IFADA
He’s the MD/CEO, Aniera Homes Partners. He’s also the Treasurer for REDAN, Lagos. Toby Eraga Ifada was born in Lagos State. After his secondary education in 1997, he proceeded to Kaduna State Polytechnic Zaria for his National Diploma in Computer Science between 2003-2005 and proceeded to obtain a B.Sc in Computer Science from Lagos State University, Ojo between 2006-2010. He’s had a good career in the banking sector. While in the banking sector he wrote the Accounting Technicians Scheme West Africa.
He started his own company Aniera enterprises fully registered in Nigeria. In 2003, he partnered with a friend to start up Oil & Gas supplies and importation Lubricant from Germany. He made some income and alongside, fell in love with real estate investment. Toby Ifada is the General Secretary of REDAN, Lagos, currently.
TOBI OSONUGA
He’s the MD/CEO, Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited, which provides service to homeowners, tenants. He is the current Treasurer of REDAN, Lagos. Chateau Royal is not just a company, it’s a combination of passionate individuals who bring together expertise and skills along with dedication and clear passion of the industry.
BUNMI FELIX
Mr. Bunmi Felix is the MD, Affordable Lekki Homes. He’s a member of Lagos State EDAN. His company, Affordable Homes is fully registered within Nigeria to carry out various services. The company develops smart estates, affordable homes for families and luxurious apartments for investment purposes with the Island region of Lagos State. Currently, he’s one of the active real estate players in the property sector in Lagos.
KINGSLEY EHIKIOYA
Kingsley Ehikioya is the MD/CEO, Ehi-Kings Real Estate & Construction company. He has a solid background in business administration, a current civil engineering student of Atlantic International University Florida with over 20 years of combined real estate investment, development and management experience.
Under his trusted leadership Ehi-Kings real estate company has successfully completed over 200 structural and civil works project of various residential, commercial, gated estate, hybrid mixed-use buildings and inter-street road construction with sales of several acres of landed properties.
DANIEL EBO ENENMO
The MD/CEO of Danbel Properties and Investment is Mr Daniel Enenmo. The company was founded in 2015 as a marketing agency. Their dedication to growth made them to register as a limited liability company 2 years after, fully diversifying into property acquisition in 2019. This man is one of the youngest real estate players who is currently doing well in the sector. He is one of the executive members of Lagos REDAN.
SEGUN OSHUNDAIRO
Segun Oshundairo is the MD of Archiview Properties. Mr Segun is an Enthusiastic Entrepreneur. A business solutions provider per excellence. He’s blessed with great insights for success, passionate about humanity and optimistic about a better society. A seasoned realtor, successful hotelier and an educationist.
He was born 30th March 1980 in the sprawling town on Mushin, Lagos. He studied Philosophy from the University of Ekiti between 1999-2004. Before then he attended Isolo Comprehensive High School where he obtained his West Africa Senior School Certificate and Primary School Leaving Certificate, inclusively.
His chain of businesses includes Arc View investment Limited where he’s the Chief Executive Officer and Idowu Okegbenro as MD. He’s one of the excos of Lagos REDAN.
