Recently, women are beginning to get more involved in the real estate business. It has now become a norm for every lady who is married to real estate player to play key roles in their husbands’ firms.

Majority of these women either directly or indirectly run these companies along with their husbands. And they have created a niche for themselves in that regard, while we also have those who are doing their separate businesses. Chief (Mrs.) Abimbola Adeyinka is the pretty wife of Chief Toyin Adeyinka, CEO/Chairman of Sparklight Group. Chief (Mrs) Abimbola Adeyinka is directly involved in the running of Sparklight, She is the Managing Director of Lapade Furniture Company Ltd, a subsidiary of Sparklight Group. Chief Abimbola is a mother of 3, and she has created a niche for herself in that sector.

Another woman who is involved in the running of her husband’s real estate business is Mrs. Sade Gbadamosi, the Financial Director at Amen Estate in Lekki. She personally handles the core aspect of the Estate and she is the face of the company, Amen Estate. While her husband, Babatunde Gbadamosi, is the Chairman of Redbricks Homes International Limited, Developer of Amen Estate,  Mrs Sade handles day to day activities of the firm.

Vivian Mbagwu is yet another woman. She is one of the most active women in the real estate sector. She is directly involved in the running of Mr. Kelechukwu Mbagwu’s real estate firm, CMB Building Maintenance Investment & Co. Ltd. There is also MrsDesiree Osunsina who also plays big in real estate. She is the beautiful wifeof Otunba Olumide Osunsina, the CEO of Megamound Properties DevelopmentCompany.

Mrs.Tolulope Onalaja, the wife of the MD/CEO of RevolutionPlus Property Dev. Company, Bamidele Onalaja co-runs the company with him. She is one of the most sought after when it comes to real estate/property debate. This beautiful woman is the wife of Sir Clement Ezeh, a top real estate, player in the US who runs a big Property company in USA. Sir Clement is an architect by training.

Another woman worth mentioning is Chief (Mrs.) Aderonke Emmanuel, the beautiful wife of the owner of  Adron Homes & Properties,  Oba Emmanuel-King.
