Princess Olusola Sanni is a woman of great ideas. She is a corporate woman who has done well in various companies, before now.

About 6 months ago, she floated a new company called Miles Drivers Recruitment Ltd that recruits drivers for corporate bodies and individuals who need professional drivers.

She is determined to make a mark in that sector. And she is doing it professionally. Under her main company, she has 3 subsidiary companies that also provide quality service.  There is Miles Logistics, Miles Driving School and Miles Training School.

Princess Olusola Sanni is an HR expert who has excelled in her professional career. She has great skills in Recruitment, Project Management, Compliance, Employee relations & retention, Benefits & Compensation, Relationship and Team Building.

Of course, she has had the benefit of good education, having had a 1st degree in German language from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State (in 1994), and Post Graduate degree in Public Administration from the same University in 2000.

Part of what has helped her has been her solid working experience. She was Head of HR IBIS Hotel, Lagos from 2014 to 2015. IBIS Hotel is a 165 guest suite from vibrant economy hotel. Her job entailed collaboration with the leadership of the hotel on recruitment strategies, development plans, performance management and employee engagement to improve retention rates.

Before then, she was Head, Human Resources of NICON Luxury Hotel from 2010 to 2014. She reported to the MD direct, and directed all HR activities for the 253-room hospitality facility. She provided strategic planning, handled Recruitment & Payroll management, also HR compliance. She handled performance appraisal & staff engagement. She was also involved in Training & development.

Before this job, from 2003 to 2010, she had worked as Logistics Manager of BMS Global Services Limited, Lagos, a diversified distributor of refined petroleum products with sales exceeding 1 million litres annually.

Before this, she was Sales Coordinator from 2001-2003 with Eko Hotel & Suites. The hotel is an 824 guest suit, 5 star hospitality business operating under 4 brands. During her tenure there, she generated a pipeline of 50  new businesses by calling, emailing, business visits, and leveraging her personal and professional network to generate revenue of over N750m over the period of employment.

Princess Olusola Sanni is bringing her wealth of experience to bear on this her  new venture called Miles Drivers Recruitment Ltd. Her company provides a lot of services.  They are currently hiring Truck Drivers. They also have vacancy for Dispatch riders for delivery within Lagos and its environs. The company also provides Personal Drivers and Truck drivers. Mile Drivers offer services like: Drivers Training, Security check on the Drivers and Health check. What services does the subsidiary company, called MILES Logistics offer? It offers Home Delivery Service, Park Pick Up Delivery, E-Commerce, Food Delivery and Door Step Deliveries.
