BUILDING PERMIT

Lagos State Government, The Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development notified the public on Monday, April 15, 2024, of the 90-day Amnesty Period to allow property owners of existing developments to obtain planning permits without payment of penal fees.

It’s time to act fast! The Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Developments promises a 5% discount if payments are completed within 10 working days after the insurance of the bill.
