As you read this, the 7th edition of the annual Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award 2021 is ongoing, in Lagos today, Friday, 25th June 2021 at the prestigious Eko Hotels & Suite, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards is an initiative of Global Health Projects & Resources, in collaboration with Anadach Group, USA. The Award is an annual event that is aimed at celebrating individuals and organisations who have contributed to the development of the healthcare sector through innovative, efficient and qualitative healthcare delivery services that have significantly impacted the health and wellbeing of the citizens.
The event would be graced by healthcare stakeholders, medical practitioners, leaders from private and public organisations, policy markers and dignitaries from affiliate sectors.

Some of the awardees include Prof. Akin Abayomi, the Honourable Commissioner of Health, Lagos State. He is to receive the Most Outstanding Covid-19 State Health Commissioner of The Year Award 2021. Major General (Dr.) Aderonke Kale (rtd) is to win the NHEA 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award.
