As part of efforts to make payment seamless, PalmPay, a leading fintech platform has embarked on the education of users on an in-app payment feature, Priority Payment method meant to ease transactions for users.
The feature, according to the management of the company, allows users of the app to choose the primary payment method for which multiple payment options are allowed, such as airtime/data top-up and bill payments.

Speaking on the features of the payment option, the management identified them to include the choice of airtime/data top-up and bill payment as the first selected option, transactions such as transfer, PayShop, withdrawal, savings not applicable, and choosing the next available payment method in case the set payment method is not available.

Here is how to Set Your Priority Payment Method
- Open the PalmPay app and go to Settings
- Click ‘Payment Setting’
- Select ‘Priority Payment Method’
- Choose the Priority Payment Method that suits you best!
