Pan African 7th annual Music Fashion Runway (Virtual/physical) and Game Changer Africa Acknowledgement took place on Saturday 4th December 2021 at WHEATBAKER Lagos, Ikoyi, Nigeria, West Africa.
Pan African Music Fashion Runway, which was launched in 2015 has become Nigeria’s most influential fashion brand.
It is an annual cultural showcase platform blending contemporary Pan African designers, international runway models, cutting edge fashion with live music and also a celebration of Africa’s rich cultural heritage.
The Game Changer Africa Acknowledgement Award platform & presentation program honoured iconic trailblazers and pioneers; recognizing their significant contribution to the creative industry.
The Organizer, Dr. Ngozi Omambala says they are truly thankful for yet another successful year at the just concluded 7th Pan African Music Fashion Runway #MFR and Game Changer Africa Acknowledgement Awards.
Omambala also went on to say that the designers from across the Continent brought their A-game to the MFR Runway, with a unique and creative showcase of Pan African designs that would ‘waka’ comfortably on any international runway.
The host of the event, Brenda Emmanus OBE says I think the Music Fashion Runway is a truly innovative concept and a fantastic showcase for some of the best established and up and coming creative talent.
The designer’s collections were inspiring, the musicians entertained and engaged the audience and the models were beautiful and cool.
