CITES THE NEED FOR A NEW CHALLENGE AS REASONS FOR EXIT

Renowned dedicated Multinational Concept employee, Patrick Oduone, who was in charge of overseeing various sections of Multinational Concepts Limited’s operations, a front line diary making and printing firm in the heart of Lagos, has tendered his resignation as the General Manager of the firm some months ago.

Patrick, while citing the need to seek ‘new challenge’ as the only reason for his exit, he told PRINTERS DIGEST Editor Samuel Nwaekwu, that professionally, he has come to see the printing career as very broad and would want to tee-up to evolving trends; of which staying put with the management of labour and efficiency, may not afford him needed opportunity to increase knowledge.

Patrick had served at Multinational Concepts Limited for a little over five years before throwing in the towel.  Accessing his time at the company’s top position.

He said;
Today, I can look back and say to myself, boy, you have succeeded. I say this, not because I want to hype myself, but because I have seamlessly added value to my former company, members of staff as well as clients who come in good numbers to Multinational Concepts”.

“Moreso is that fact that I learnt so much of a lesson working with Multinational Concepts – My Chairman, Pastor Andy Esuabanga is one man I have come to love and adore as a father. He taught me humility in its simplest form by exemplifying it himself. It’s really one take-away I can’t afford to throw to the gutters.

Members of staff were also fantastic and the beauty of it all was that we all learnt from our individual and collective mistakes. And we realize ourselves, all we do is to forge on to take our company to a place of reckoning. To succeed always was our objective and we achieve just that.”

Prior to his employment with Multinational Concepts Limited, Patrick had operated as a Print Business Consultant with a very good understanding of the Nigeria printing industry as well as ability to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the sector for maximum gains.
