Recently most Port Harcourt Entertainers are finding their feet in the Lagos Entertainment Industry and one of such hardworking and humble beauty is Delta state born Darlene Odogbili. She studied abroad and holds a B.sc Botany, B.sc Sociology and M.sc Human Resources Management University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.

She started her acting career officially in 2015 in the Movie “Weeping Sisters “directed by Okey Zubelu and went on to feature in a  movie titled “The Goddess “directed Don single Ndubuisi . 

For Darlene,” this was a breakout movie for me”. She moved from Port Harcourt to Lagos in 2016, started producing movies with two short films titled “June and Butt dial “directed by  Ike Nnaebue in 2016.

Produced first feature movie in 2017 titled “Kambili” which she co-wrote, directed and produced. Darlene went on to feature in movies like Tommy and Kenny, Spirit of Anger, Red, Deeper Lies, Love Trap, My Dear Wife, Grumpy Grannies, T.W.O, Shaded Night, Dark Heart, Woman’s Scorned, Entangled Guilt and host of others. 

Late 2018 to 2019 was a high point for her as she featured in Cinema projects like Dr. Mekam and Besieged and also produced A date with my Husband, A Mother’s Promise, When Love Dies and The Tramped.

She started 2020 on a high note as she has featured in some good movies like ODDS, Beneath My Smile and The Target which are yet to be released.

Also yet to be released is her latest project titled DERA that has the cast of herself, Ifeanyi Kalu, Chelsea Eze, Jane Gam Dede, Stephanie Zibil, Okere Uchenna. Directed by Femi Despy and cinematography by Onyi Okechkwu. Darlene Odogbili aside from acting and producing,  run a wig production business
