Popular Akure- born politician, Dr Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu declares support for Gov Aiyedatiwa

The gubernatorial ambition of His Excellency, Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa continues to receive political fillips from notable quarters as Dr Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu, the popular Akure- born billionaire cum politician has finally declared his support for the amiable and hardworking Governor Aiyedatiwa after weeks of painstaking appraisal of all the governorship aspirants under the platform of APC, citing divine instructions for his long-awaited pronouncement.

Though Dr Adu confirmed the suitability and eligibility of all the aspirants eyeing the seat, he opted for Aiyedatiwa’s continuity because it would be in the best interest of Ondo state citizens.

Seeking the understanding of his supporters and admirers and noting the fundamental human right of Nigerians to associate freely, Dr Adu strongly advised others who haven’t joined this winning team to do so before it’s too late.

As the race to the No 1 seat hots up in the Sunshine State ahead of the April 20 primary election, the APC stalwart enjoined politicians to maintain decorum and tolerance as whoever wins will need the support of others in the forthcoming off-cycle election.

It would be recalled that since Gov. Aiyedatiwa assumed office, he has hit the ground running with many laudable achievements and life-changing policies. The face of the state has turned brighter while the state civil servants’ welfare has fared better.

Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa was sworn in as Ondo state Governor on the 27th of December 2023 after the demise of his beloved boss, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN who passed into eternal glory on the 23rd of December, 2023.

Despite the political attacks, outright lies fabricated stories and cheap blackmail from political pretenders and contenders, Mr Governor has remained focused and undaunted.

Mr Governor has held the plough, we will not look back until he wins!
