It is celebration time for the wife of former deputy governor of Rivers State, Her Excellency Dr. Dame Christie Toby as she rocks at 80.
Dr Christie Toby, who has been at the corridors of power in Rivers State for some time, is the former Deputy Governor, Dr. Gabriel Toby’s wife, and the mother of former Commissioner of Information in Rivers State and former Acting Managing Director, NDDC, Ibim Semenitari.
To celebrate her 80th birthday and appreciate her contribution to the education system in Nigeria, a Zoom conference has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
The conference which is tagged ‘Education for All: All means All,‘ will be featuring great minds like Dr. Obodoegbulam Agi Otto, Dr. Patience Ezinwoke (Ph.D.) and Dr. Gloria Bilaye-Benibo who will be doing justice to the theme.
It is a double celebration as her Christie Toby Education Center will also be celebrating its 11th anniversary.
The event kicks off at 10 am (WAT).
