The Apapa Oshodi expressway is popular in Lagos for its congestion and heavy traffic everyday of the week. But it is wearing a completely different look on Saturday, February 23, 2019 as the country heads to the polls.
The road is free and no vehicular movement was seen as at the time of filing this report. Further research revealed that the military roadblock mounted at Oshodi might have aided the no-movement order of the federal government on the ever busy road.
