The Senior Special Assistant on Civic Engagement, Lagos State – Amb Lijirin Ruth Ayomide successfully held the Bariga Muslim Community Annual Iftar 2024 at Love Lagos, Ilaje, Bariga, Lagos State on Sunday 7th April 2024.
The event draws the attention of religious scholars, Youths, Women, Aged in the community of Bariga.
The event was on Day 28 in Ramadan 1445.
It was such a memorable Islamic gathering, where the Guest Lecturer of the day, Imam Dan Azeez (SA Religion Matters to Bariga Chairman), purified our minds with his soul-inspiring sermon.
The presence and inspirational remarks of different Islamic scholars added spice to the event with the presence of Baale Ilaje and Top Bariga Political Gladiators.
Consequently, The Senior Special Assistant on Civic Engagement Gave out some cash rewards to 20 selected residents as a measure to cushion the effect of Fuel Subsidy Removal
More admirably, Senior Special Assistant on Civic Engagement in her little capacity also used the opportunity to reach out to all attendees of the program by distributing Food Palliatives, containing rice, semovita, spaghetti, bread, garri, food ingredients among other edible items.
The programme ended with a resounding prayer for the Senior Special Assistant on Civic Engagement on a successful tenure in office.
