Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has admitted his is surprised Raheem Sterling currently tops the club’s goal scoring charts.
Sterling has scored 11 goals this season while strikers Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus have 10.
“It is good.
“We have a lot of players with the ability to score goals.
“Our attacking midfielders score a lot of goals. Nico (Otamendi) has scored three or four goals.”
Guardiola has confirmed Vincent Kompany is fit to play against Huddersfield having been rested against Feyenoord in the Champions League.
“We are so pleased, It is so important the club has as many local players as possible.
“When taking the decision whether he will play or not play, it depends on his quality and development.”

Manchester City will travel to play Huddersfield on Sunday, a side they could only draw with in the FA Cup last season.
“We played last season against them and were not able to win,” manager Pep Guardiola said.
“We realised how complicated it is to play there.
“At home, they have had good results.
“When they decide to make high pressing, they are so well-organised.”
