The founder and leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Ayodele Elijah is not a very happy man at this time. The renowned prophet and widely respected man of God is upset with the way and manner some mischievous members of the public have gone on to misinterpret his prophecy and twist the interpretation that it conveys to suit their own selfish ends.
The whole drama started when a video in which Primate Ayodele was talking about the coming presidential election went viral. In the said video, the country’s most talked about man of God, Primate Ayodele, was talking the three main contenders to the Aso Villa and their preparedness for the coming election. Going by the comments of many Nigerians, Primate Ayodele, a man known to have opposed Tinubu’s presidential ambition openly without concealing his true feelings, especially as regard the Muslim-Muslim ticket, was said to have endorsed Tinubu’s presidential aspirations and declared him winner of the presidential elections. Totally baffled about this development, a senior journalist (names concealed) reached out to the Primate to get clarification on the video and it’s interpretation making the rounds. He asked him if it is indeed true that he has declared Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu winner of the 2023 presidential election. And the fearless and extremely blunt man of God responded:
“Please and please, I beg you, sir, let the people know that I have not announced Tinubu or anybody for that matter as the winner of the forthcoming presidential election. My prophecies are not English Literature that you can literally interpret. My prophecies all have divine interpretation attached to them. But people keep giving them totally different interpretations and I find this so annoying and disrespectful to my person,” the obviously furious Primate lamented.
He added. “All I said is that, between Tinubu, Peter Obi and Atiku, Tinubu appears the most desperate to become president. He is the most physically prepared, most spiritually prepared, most financially prepared, most mentally prepared. And I further said that should Atiku and Peter Obi continue to watch him over run them with his preparedness to win the election at all cost, in the end, he will emerge victorious if they are not careful. And that if he does emerge winner, he may not go beyond one term. This is all I said and I delivered the message the way God revealed it to me. I don’t want anybody twisting these messages to suit their own selfish reasons, it is wrong and it is annoying! Everybody knows I have been very critical of Tinubu and his Muslim-Muslim ticket. I have also warned him several times about his health and why his age and health make him unfit to become the next president of Nigeria, so would I now be the one to suddenly turn around and declare such person winner of the presidential election without hearing from God first? Please, tell them to stop messing with my prophecies, it is very, very wrong! ” the man of God concluded.
