Suru Group GMD Starts 2019 With Special Thanksgiving

Mr. Edward Akinlade’s corporate office on Ikeja GRA is bubbling today, the 1st of January, 2019 as a top gospel artist, Tope Alabi is treating guests and family members to a memorable New Year thanksgiving party at the Suru Group Corporate office.

The top real estate player is in a happy mood as he received A-list personalities from various industries. The event was anchored by popular seasoned anchor, MC Bless, as Tope Alabi’s live band performs live and in high spirit.

Chairman of Suru Group had stated that his decision to celebrate for the second time, as the first was in 2018, was hinged to God on New Year’s day was a divine instruction from God. He stated that the year 2018 was a very tough year, but God’s instruction had to be carried out.

He said, “The Lord said to me, I must celebrate him once a year and he said I’ve been ignoring him so I decided to call everybody and for me to show that everything I own belongs to God. So today being the first day of the year, I said: “God, it is your own”. And he promised to do a great thing, and I also promised him and said so long as I live, I will celebrate him this way once in a year.

“2019 is a year of promise. Like I’ve been saying the politicians need to spend a lot of money this year, so we have hotels, we have homes that we are building and we believe they will come and patronize us. As we also want to expand our business all over Nigeria, to Port Harcourt, to Abuja. So we intend to be more customers focused this year and we are going to do more.
