A few days back, Lagos Lawyer Chief Mrs. Abimbola Badia Jack Oladugba shut down Lagos with her 50th birthday party. It was big. It was grand. It was colourful. A lot of celebrity men and women stepped out for this ever gorgeous and ever stunning lady of style. Let’s tell you her intimate story.
Abimbola Badia Oladugba was born and bred in Badia, into the Badia family, ljora Lagos State. Her late father was Chief Sunday Abayom Owoseni Badia of blessed memory. She attended St Andrews Primary School, Apapa, sat for her First School Leaving Certificate at Badia Primary School Ijora, Apapa Lagos. She attended Gaskia College, ljora Badia Apapa, Lagos. She studied Social works at the University of Benin Edo State. She proceeded to the Ambrose Alli University Ekporna where she obtained LLB in Laws. She attended Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and was called to the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2006.
Abimbola started her legal practice with Chief Ladi Williams Chambers. She is the principal partner of J.B ABIMBOlA CHAMBERS. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered mediators and conciliators She is an external solicitor to the Central Bank of Nigeria and some other reputable companies and individuals, She is also a property and matters Expert. She is serving on the board of several Real Estale Companies as non-Executive Director as well as advisory capacity.
Abimbola served as member Law week Committee NBA, Ikeja as well FIDA Lagos week committee Chairman, APC Surulere Electoral Committee. She was the treasurer APe ICG legal Directorate, Cordinator FEMLSO ICG. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of International Federation of women Lawyers Association, and the President for Female Lawyers in politics. Abimbola also formed the defunct Lagos female lawyers for Sanwo-Olu, in the last Electioneering period. She is Chairman Ollybim Royal Apartments and Suites, Magodo Lagos and an Managing Director of OIlybim Royal Properties Nig Ltd where her husband Hon Oba Oladugba is the Chief Executive Officer,(CEO). Abimbola Oladugba has a strong passion for women and children and will do anything to contribute her quota to the liberation and upliftment of these vulnerable groups hence her appo nlment and membership in International Federation of Women lawyers where she served and still serving supporting the core values the Association.
She is a philantropist and donor to many orphanage and widows. She is known for her relieve package to the indigent from different communities annually. Abimbola is a Counsellor, God fearing, Peaceful of a dependable personal with vast experience in human building. She is a happily married wonderful children and grandchildren.
