The reason I Ran Away From Nigeria – Nnamdi Kanu

Biafra movement does not seem to have come to an end, rather it just keeps building momentum from all indications. Its leader who after a long spam of missing, with all sort of conclusion of what may or may not have happen to him,towards the end of last year he resurface in the middle east.

Which left so many wondering what and how did he even get to leave the country.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu prior to his sudden disappearance in 2017, was very critical of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government.

He said he ran away from Nigeria because President Muhammadu Buhari sent the Nigerian military to kill him.

Kanu, who left the country in 2017 following the activities of Operation Python Dance in the Southeast, said this on Saturday during his live broadcast.

According to him, he ran away from the country like former South African president, Nelson Mandela.

“I want to ask those that criticise me about what they have done in their life,” he added.
