•Rehabilitation of 116 inner roads
•Completion of the Agboju- Trade Fair section, Lagos-Badagry Expressway.
•Rehabilitation and upgrading of the Ijede Road.
•Reconstruction and upgrading of Igbogbo-Bola Ahmed Tinubu-Igbe Road, Ikorodu.
•Construction of Agric-Access Road, Phase II, Igando, and the, Deep Sea Port Road, Lekki-Ijebu -Ode-Ore Expressway.
•Construction of Pen Cinema Bridge nearing completion.

•Commissioned eight [8] new ferries which have ferried over 15,000 passengers since the commencement of commercial operation.

•LASTMA inaugurated, kitted and deployed over 1,000 trained officers to various locations as Traffic

•Handed 10 brand new vehicles and 26 motorbikes to the Traffic Enforcement Team.
•Embarked on junctions’ improvement projects at Allen, Lekki 1st/2nd, Ikotun, and Maryland Roundabouts.
•Launched Articulated and Allied Vehicle Number Plates [A VNP] to further prioritise safe motoring
measure for crime detection in the metropolis.
ENVIRONMENT & WATER RESOURCES
•Flagged-off the clean-up exercise of the Ikoyi /Victoria Island during which 215 vehicles were impounded and 98 people were arrested and prosecuted.
•Dredging activities ongoing at LUTH/ltire Daniyan in System 6c; Babs Animashaun in system 5, Alaka/Jponri/Tejuosho to Gbagada, Bariga, Anthony Oke Alo and Apelehin Buxton Cole.
•Maintenance and cleaning of the Jankara/Oroyinyin/Binuyo/Ojo Giwa collector Drain, Lagos Island was undertaken.
•Dredged Irede-Ira channel, Ojo; Ketu-Alapere Channel, Ojo System 5 channel, Surulere, Anthony Oke-Alo Channel, Kosofe, and the Gbagada Bariga Channel, Kosofe.

•Commenced LASU HND Top – Up programme.
•LASU has created a technology that is capable of monitoring Carbon Monoxide emission level in vehicles in the state.

HEALTH
•Commissioned the 149- Bed Igando Mother and Child Center (MCC) in Alimosho area .
•Completed and commissioned the nO-bed Eti-Osa Mother and Child Center (MCC) .

•Delivered 4 new Isolations Centers for COVID-19 treatment
•Initiated the Healthy Bee Project, a collaborative effort of the State Government and a Non- Governmental Organization, BOSKOH Lagos Healthcare Mission International (HMI) that offered free medical treatments to over 25,000 Lagos residents.
•Provided free medical treatments to victims of Ijegun axis pipeline explosion as well as victims of building collapse at Lagos Island

ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE
(1) Commissioned Badore, Aj a h Combined High Magistrate Courts on 17th January 2020 to promote easy access to Justice for all.
(2) Commissioned the Ilashe Area L Police Command.
(3) Commissioned two new complexes at IBA and Ojo LGA for the Citizen’s Mediation Centre on January 2020.
(4) Inaugurated Advisory Committee to look at the activities of Police Prosecutors at the Magistrate
Courts.
(5) Deployed District Prosecutors to three Magisterial districts of Ebute-Metta, Ogba and Ikorodu as part of a Pilot scheme to decongest dockets of Magistrates in the State,
(6) Initiated gradual phase out of Lay Police Prosecutors at Magistrate Courts in Lagos State.
(7) Repositioned the Special Offences (Mobile) Courts.
(8) Repositioned the Lagos State Taskforce on Land Grabbers with attendant record of swift proactive
response to petitions against Land Grabbers.
SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
•Organized the Art of Technology Lagos 1.0 (AOT Lagos) Conference
•Established the State Science Research and Innovation Fund
•Established the Lagos State Science, Research and Innovation Council (LASRIC)
•Launched the State’s “ Innovation Master Plan
•Designed and implemented on-line recruitment portal with computer based testing capability for TESCOM, SUBEB, and College of Nursing.

•Hosted the ASTON Coordinating team from France in February 2020.
WATERFRONT INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
•Collaborated with F. W Dredging Limited for the reclamation and provision of infrastructure for the Orange Island located off the bank of Lekki Lagoon.
•Recorded appreciable progress on the Gracefield Island along the Itedo- Lekki shoreline located at the end of Chevron Drive, Lekki.
•Completed the channelization of four ferry routes namely: Ijede to Badore [6km]; Baiyeku to Ajah [7km], Ebute Ojo to Marina [16km] and Ijede to Marina [16km].
•Channelized the Mile 2 – Marina route.
•Completed the Baiyeku Waterfront Jetty construction while work has reached an advanced stage on the construction of other nine concrete jetties.
•Completed construction works at the VIP Chalet Jetties, Badagry while Apa and Offin Jetties, Ilado Jetty, Amuwo-Odofin, Ito- Omu, Epe, Isalu- Ajido Waterfront Jetty, Badagry, Takwa Bay Jetty, and Ilashe Jetty, are at different stages of completion.
AGRICULTURE
•Graduated 200 trainees in the Phase 1 of the Lagos State Agripreneurship Programme (LAP)
•Work nearing completion on the Imota Rice Mill · Held the maiden edition of the Eko City Farmers’
Market with a total transaction of N7.9million
•Organized the Sea Farmers’ Festival
•Coordinated the COVID-19 Food Stimulus Programme
•Designed a 5- Year Roadmap for Agriculture in the State
•Constructed the water scheme at Ikorodu Fish Farm Estate, Odogunyan, in order to provide water
for the residents of the 194 plots in the Estate, to complement the existing one.
•Facilitated direct supply of fresh produce such as tomatoes, pepper, plantain, leaf vegetables and
fruits, to the 53 collection centres in the State.
•Completed the 2019 Schools’ Agricultural Programme [SAP] in 14 public secondary schools and one Correctional Centre.
• Commissioned the FADAMA Food Market at Agbalata, Badagry to promote the structuring of
agricultural produce marketing.
• Trained 575 women and youths, comprising 240 in aquaculture, 300 in poultry, and 35, under the APPEALS project in rice farming.
WOMEN AFFAIRS & POVERTY ALLEVIATION
•Empowered 1,050 vulnerable women and indigent residents in the State during the 2019 Mega Empowerment programme.
•Organized a short term skills acquisition training for 500 women in various vocations at Ikosi Ejirin, Epe and Ajido Badagry.
•Launched the HeForShe solidarity movement global campaign to engage men and boys to become change agents towards the achievement of gender equality and ending every form of violence against women and girls.
•Presented grant-in-Aid to 30 women-focused Non-Governmental Organizations [NGOs] in the State.
•Organized a sensitization training for widows on inheritance rights, wills and administration of the
estate laws of the State.
SPORTS
•Hosted the 2020 Lagos City Marathon
•Hosted the zo” National Sports Festival, South
•West Zonal Elimination, with Team Lagos emerging overall winner.
•Organised a two-day Athletics competition for State Secondary Schools in District II, to exploit and sustain the potentials of youths in the State.
•Held a Taekwondo Stakeholders’ Forum.
•Organized the 2020 Access Bank-Lagos City Marathon.
COMMERCE, INDUSTRY & COOPERATIVES
•Held a breakfast meeting with over 200 representatives of companies and businesses in the State on Thursday 20th February, 2020.
•Supervised the construction of Alaro City, a 1,000 hectares of land and a mixed development site located within the Lekki Free Trade Zone, which will serve both industrial and residential purposes.
•Commissioned Ariel foods; a multinational therapeutic food producer and multi sector investment in housing, soap and detergent production in Alaro city
•Rejuvenated and restructured operations of Cooperative Societies in the State.
YOUTH & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
•Registered 1,037 new family welfare cases and 44 new juvenile cases; 215 cases were closed while 7
new cases of child protection were recorded in FSS Custody. Total number of cases: 1,303.
•Rescued and rehabilitated 1,105 beggars, 444 mentally challenged, 331 destitute and 127 Street urchins.
•Renovated the Old People’s Home, Yaba and Adult Day Care Centre, Epe.
•Celebrated the 2019 Day of the Elderly with over 300 elderly people from different segments of the
society.
•Investigated 184 child protection cases, ranging from physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
•Held the valedictory session of the 5th Children Parliament and the inauguration of the 6th Parliament during in which Miss Umar Sherifat from the Lagos West Senatorial District emerged the Speaker of the Children Parliament.
•Facilitated the presentation of cash gift to 20 service providers for Children Living with Disabilities, for their efforts in providing care and protection for the children.
•Organized in conjunction with COWLSO, a One-Day Sensitization Walk on Child Rights Law and
against All Forms of Child Abuse and protection for the children. The Walk was led by the wife of the Governor, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu.
•Reconstructed four Youth Centres at Abesan, Campos, Ojo Oniyun and Omituntun Playground, Akowonjo.
ECONOMIC PLANNING & BUDGET
•Did a study on the effects of Coronavirus on the world’s economy, with specific emphasis on the Lagos economy.
•Held the official launch and public release of Lagos Resilience Strategy [LRS)
•Inaugurated the Resilience Steering Committee
•Held a 3-day Capacity Building Training Workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation in conjunction with the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER).
FINANCE
•Introduced the weekly monitoring tool for Revenue Generating Agencies known as “F.O.R.CE”, an
acronym for “Focus On Revenue Creation Everyday & Everywhere”.
•Hosted the Y2020 FAAC retreat of all Commissioners of Finance and Accountant- Generals in the 36 States of the federation, representatives of Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission [RMAFCj, as well as the representatives of rc, FIRS, DPR, CS, MMSD, CBN, DMO, etc.
•Resolved and settled complaints through the Land Use Charge Tribunal.
•Presented Insurance death benefit of 93,000,519.08 to 35 direct beneficiaries of deceased Civil Servants
between December 2019 and March 2020.
•Mr. Governor approved the reinstatement of the Global Insurance Package for year 2020/2021
insurance year.
•Signed documents for the completion of issuance of 100b Bond – the largest Bond Issuance ever embarked upon by any sub-nation entity in the country, which the State raised from the capital market to fund infrastructure and pressing capital projects.
ENERGY & MINERAL RESOURCES
•Completed the maintenance of 47 substations on the Alausa Power Distribution etwork.
•Completed the replacement and upgrade of damaged underground cable at the Office of the Chief of Staff, L-Wing building, the Secretariat.
•Completed the replacement of a 400Amps Circuit.
Breaker at Lands Bureau.
•Engaged a Consultant for grid connection and vending for Jakande Estate, Igando.
•Upgraded the Medium Voltage Legacy Infrastructure in the Alausa Power Distribution Network.
•Embarked on saltwater intrusion studies in Ikorod u Area
•Embarked on Baseline Geochemical investigation of Lagos Central Senatorial District.
OFFICE OF CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
•Organized a 3-Day Executive and Legislative parley with the theme: ‘Harmonious Relationship among
Various Arms of Government: A Necessity for A Greater Lagos’.
•Celebrated the maiden Civic Week which featured the Eko Cares initiative, enlightenment on civic
responsibilities as well as youth advocacy on the T.H.E.M.E.S Agenda.
•Introduced a financial assistance programme with a business component in line with the T.H.E.M.E.S
development agenda of Making Lagos a 21″ Century economy.
•Organized a school feeding initiative tagged: “Snacks for Thought”.
TOURISM, ARTS &CULTURE
•Organised the Greater Lagos Extravaganza
•Completed the four Lagos Theatres located in Oregun, Badagry, Epe and Igando.
•Embarked on frequent monitoring and revenue drive exercise which led to appreciable improvement in the revenue from hotel licensing.
•Equipped and furnished the Badagry Heritage Museum with cultural items, artefacts, relics of the
slave era, and traditional items of historical value.
•The Lagos State Council for Arts and Culture Troupe staged two dramas at the 4-Day Lagos Theatre
Festival [LTF], sponsored by the British Council and stakeholders Public Enlightenment Forum on the
Corona-Virus among several others.
WEALTH CREATION & EMPLOYMENT
•Organized, in collaboration with l”CRT Management Services, a 2-Day work conference/ employability skills training for 300 unemployed youths in the State.
•Organized, in conjunction with MAC89 XPERIENCE, [a fashion outfit], a Fashion exhibition which featured fashion technicians trained under the Sustainable Development Programme of the Ministry. The exhibition attracted over 1,000 unemployed participants.
•Won the ‘Best State Supporting Artisans’ in the Federation in December 2019 at a programme organized by Global Sight Services Limited in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment, and the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises of Nigerian [SMEDAN].
•Organized a Mentorship seminar for over 1,000 Youths in the State. It had the theme: “ AGRICPRENEUR: Strategy for Wealth Creation”.
•Flagged-off, in conjunction with Lagos Technical and Vocational Education Board [LASTVEB], the 8-Weekend Up-skilling of Tradesmen and Artisans with 500 participants drawn from 14 different registered Trade Associations in the State.
HOUSING
Four major housing projects are ready for commissioning. These are:
*LagosHoms, Igbogbo Scheme with 360 home units comprising 120 I-bedroom. 120 2-bedroom and
120 3-bedroom apartments.
*Lagos State Affordable Public Housing Scheme, Topo, Badagrywith2522-bedroomapartments.
*Courtland Villas, Behind Alhaji Femi Okunnu Estate, Igbohushu, Lekki with 120 units of 4-bedroom Maisonettes and BQs.
*Lekki Apartments, Ikate-Eleguishi, Lekki
•Handed over the keys of the Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande Gardens Housing scheme, Igando to 492 allotees.
•Construction works ongoing on Lagos Horns, Sangotedo and Odo-Ona/ Ayandelu Housing schemes, which are nearing completion.
•Held a stakeholder’s forum for Real Estate Practitioners and Property Developers in the Built Sector to sensitize the practitioners to confirm their status with the State Government by registering with the Agency.
TRAINING
•Organized Webinar online training programme for Public Servants during the COVID-19lockdown
•Launched the Disruptive S.H.I.F.T
[SIMPLE, High -Impact, Innovative, Focus, TransformationaI], as a creative measure to encourage civil servants to present their innovative ideas, to establish a Civil Service that will encourage innovative and creative thinking among staff.
•Coordinated several Capacity Building Training programmes across various MDAs of Lagos State Public Service for over 1,514 officers.
PENSION
•Commenced issuance of pensioners’ ID cards to retirees and enlightened them on the need to enrol for the Health Insurance Scheme, as well as enjoy free ride on government mass transit buses and ferry.
•Initiated and perfected electronic archiving record of payments and retirees’ vital document for
preservation.
•Pension contribution into employees Retirement Savings Account [RSA] has increased effective January 2020, from 7.5% of monthly basic, housing and transport allowance 7.5% employer to 8% employee and 10% employer. The total monthly contribution is now 18% monthly.
LOCAL GOVER MENT & COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
•Organized a One-Day seminar on Market Sanitation and Security for Market Leaders across the 57 LGAsjLCDAsin the State.
•Celebrated the 2019 Community Day with over 3,900 Community Development Associa tions.
•Paid the sum of Four Hundred and Eighty Million Naira only N480, 000,000.00] as insurance benefits to 258 families of deceased staff of Local Government Council and State Universal Basic Education Board [SUBEB].
•Inaugurated the Executive Council of Lagos State Community Development Advisory Council [LSCDAC].
•Resolved ten electoral petitions that arose from 1 ction of executive members into various Community Development Councils across the LGAsjLCDAs across the State.
PYHSICAL PLANNING
•Carried out special intervention programme to discourage illegal building constructions.
•Carried out 54(nos.) Geo-technic tests, 41(nos.) water tests, 2,302 concrete tests, 1,391 steel test, 25
stanchions test and 75% points of pile integrity tests to ensure structural integrity of buildings and
prevent building collapse
• Identified 182 Buildings for re-engineering
•Developed a policy for the regulation of Car wash and Auto sales activities in the State.
•Monitored 720 Informal Business Sector facilities in 30 LGAsjLCDAs across the State to prevent
unnecessary abuse and misuse of urban spaces.
•Developed standard operational guidelines for siting the informal sector economic activities on designated urban spaces.
•Carried out inventory of some informal business activities such as (Auto sales point, Car wash, Cement sales point, Food vendors etc.) in selected LGAsjLCDAs in the state.
•Monitored and published in the National Dailies 110 Estate Developments across the State without

•Commenced the process of revitalizing the Lagos Island into a more organised, orderly and livable
