Tell us a bit about Daizy ‘Fini a.k.a Dazzlin Daizy
I am a Nigerian/British and an entertainment enthusiast. I was born 43 years ago to a family of 7 (parents inclusive). My educational background varies from Mayflower School Ikenne Ogun State, Government Technical Colleage Ikotun, London Business school of Management London United Kingdom. I like to play a lot while I get the job done but everyone that knows me say I am very disciplined and strict.
What do you do in London?
I’m a seasoned MC and entrepreneur. My public relations company (DAZZLIN PR) has various projects we work on quarterly and yearly, they’re LAUGH IT OUT 4 GOD SAKE COMEDY SHOW, AmaSTAR talent show created for Children and a quarterly networking event for professionals and those people in entertainment industry to come together under one roof tagged DAZZLIN NITE (Afro Old School).
You are easily one of the most popular Nigerians living in London. How did you become so popular?
My popularity was based on Hard work, Dedication, Tenacity, Consistency and Customer satisfaction.
You are also stylish! How did you develop that aspect?
Being stylish for me has to come from the inside. So if you don’t have it, you can’t fake it!
You seem to juggle so many businesses is it true you are into beauty and cream business?
Yes, I do, previously I started with powder, foundation and other facial products in 2007. About four years ago DAZZLIN DAIZY COSMETICS introduced a brightening Beauty Milk called ‘BOLD and BEAUTIFUL’ which is selling fast now because of the ingredients composition and a lot of people have tested it and they all loved it. And before the end of this year we will be introducing our brand new 2 In 1 EXFOLIATING BODY WASH
Let’s talk about your involvement in the Comedy and Entertainment industry.
Entertainment has always been part of my way of life before I relocated to the United Kingdom. Wanting to be happy made me fall in love with comedy. It’s just one of the purest expressions there is artistically. I can remember hating my mood, at times London weather can make someone a bit moody but being a bubbly person and yet watching my favourite comedians on stage helped my mood. It was like a way to escape my own stuff. I think that’s what made me first want to get up on stage: wanting to give someone else that feeling. One of the definitions in the dictionary of laughter is “the tangible evidence of hope” and that has always stuck with me. I think great comedy can be a very emotionally freeing experience.
You are blessed with hot looks, how have you been able to keep looking hot?
Like I said earlier, Looking good is not something you learn or buy, it must be something you have in you. Healthy eating and a bit of exercise to maintain the figure
Who is Daizy Ajisefini? Has she been misunderstood?
Hmmm…. Lol…Dazzlin Daizy is a wife, mother, Entrepreneur, Mc, Event organiser, Beauty Queen, Happy, Fun, Love looking good, Love People, a good Dancer, in fact a certified dance addict lol.
Being misunderstood can make us feel small and impotent, yet that which makes us great can be born from being misunderstood. It’s hard when you are misunderstood. We have all been there, said things too quickly with too little thought. Of course those who heard our words don’t want to understand our thoughts. We have all acted in a way we thought right and later judged with the full power of hindsight. Yet people judge our actions without trying to see the context behind the decisions. Sometimes we just see things in the world around us that fascinates us, something that most people can’t or don’t want to see. We see the impossible and we want to know who, how, where or what. The search drives us, we question, we look harder, we bother those around us with endless details of the things we see. Of course those we bother don’t quite understand, or they don’t want to understand, but in my own case it energises me.
Where are you from? Where were you born? Where was growing up?
I am from Ikorodu, Lagos state, born in Isale Eko (Lagos Island) but grew up in Mile 2 area of Lagos State.
How is your husband and the kids? Tell us about them?
They are all doing great and thanking them for keeping up with my busy life.
