The just concluded Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) premier event celebrated the best in African film and television, and it was also a night where fashion takes centre stage. The 2024 AMVCA, held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, marked its 10th edition with unforgettable fashion moments, thanks to the talented Nigerian designers and stylists behind the scenes. Here, we highlight 15 designers and stylists who crafted the iconic looks that graced this year’s red carpet.
1. Veekee James: Known for her elegant and feminine designs, Veekee James dressed several celebrities, including Toke Makinwa, Funke Akindele, and Uche Montana, with her creations featuring sculpted designs, impeccable beadwork, and luxury fabrics.
