For 3 days in November, real estate players gathered in Lagos for a real estate expo. The 3-day event was held from the 25th to 27th November 2021. The opening ceremony took place on the 25th and continued on the 26th.
Saturday 27th, November 2021, was the closing day. For the 3 days, Thelma Keke, the pretty Leader of the organizing team of the fair, and quite a number of real estate players gathered at Elegushi Beach, in the high brow Lekki area of Lagos to hold the expo titled “Everything Real Estate Expo 2021”.
It was a 3day event held at the popular Elegushi beach in Lekki, Lagos. The expo served as an avenue to showcase what each company is into and they took different stands to exhibit their products.
The expo, Everything real estate, was all about showcasing opportunities in real estate. Most of the exhibitors showcased different paintings, installations and house fittings as well as project management, electrical fittings, interior decor and so on.
All the exhibitors offered prospective clients what they call EmberLimited promo, with a 100k initial deposit, which avails them the opportunity to become a Landlord/Landlady before Xmas. And with a deposit of 1million naira, one can also get a Cow for Xmas.
On the closing day, one of the exhibitors, who’s an MD of Adfield explained that her company has landed in some parts of Ibeju Lekki, like Brokvale Court Estate, at Okegun in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. It is 600sqm. She said the actual price is 2.5m, but due to the ongoing promo, you can get it at 1.5m. There is also Greenvale Garden at okegun,in ibeju lekki, Lagos. It is 500sqm. The actual price is 5.5m, but due to the promo, you can get it at 3.5m. They also have land at various other locations.
Thelma Keke also shared flyers and placed stickers on some of the cars of attendees and closed deals with a few clients. The event offered a first-hand interaction with the owners of the properties that were up for sale. She also gave out certificates of participation, to all the real estate players at the event, such as kingpath property, Middle Chase property, Melaya workshop, Romax, Homes by Vivachi, Stone trust reality Ltd, Adfield Investment, One million landlord, Emmynet interiors, Megamx Lighting, Fembosco engineering, Reality pros.
