Monica Nnoka also known as The MOre Coach, is an Entrepreneur, UK-certified Mindset and Transformational Coach, Poet, and Author. She is the founder and president of MOre-thenticity Ltd; and More from More Foundation for people who live on the streets.
She is passionate about helping middle-aged individuals gain clarity, develop unshakable confidence in the ‘MORE’ within, and take action to live the more authentic and impactful life they desire.
In 2019, The MOre Coach initiated two projects – ‘Women are More’ and ‘We are More Connection’ under The MOre-thenticity company. These projects are designed to help individuals harness the unlimited resources (gifts, talents, potentials, and ideas) within and express their authenticity, ultimately leading them to true abundance. She is the convener of the ‘Evolve To Become MOre’ conference for women and the global virtual summit – I Am Manifesting Originality to release excellence (M.O.r.e). She also coaches and mentors professionals and entrepreneurs to become better in their careers and personal life.
She was in the banking industry in Nigeria for about ten years and rose to the Business Manager level. She then continued into Entrepreneurship and Business consulting on a global scale, helping individuals build businesses for themselves in line with their purpose.
She was given the EALA award for African Emerging Icon in Entrepreneurship in 2020 and authored the guided journal “Journey of MOre” in 2021.
Her works have been featured in different newspapers and media houses such as Businessday, Vanguard, Thisday, African Business Radio, TVC, Arise News, Silverbird Television (STV), AIT, MITV, Eko Fm, and a host of others.
She is married to a fantastic husband and has two lovely sons.
