ESV. (Hajia) Talat Yusuf-Abdulkadri ANIVS RSV FCA is a woman of substance and professional to the core. She is a proud member of the Lagos branch, properly called “The Very Branch” of the noble institution called the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. She is very prominent in the association. No wonder she headed the Welfare sub-committee group which handled the just concluded end of the year/chairman’s party of the branch.
The association did remarkably well in hosting members and guests to a fun-filled party in Ikeja, Lagos. While making her address on behalf of the organising committee, she laid reference to the founding father of the institution. She said the solid foundation laid has been the springboard to the many achievements of the noble institution over the years.

I am ESV. (Hajia) Talat Yusuf-Abdulkadri, ANIVS. I am an unofficial member of the NIESV Lagos State Branch EXCO, 2023-2025, but I am the Welfare Subcommittee Chairman of the Very Branch.
Today, on the 17th day of December 2023, I am filled with humility and excitement as we gather for our end-of-the-year socializing and networking event.
NIESV Lagos State Branch has evolved over the years to become the foremost branded branch nationwide, and we owe this to our founding fathers and all those who have worked tirelessly to build the branch. From the very first NIESV Lagos branch chairman and his astute excos (late ESV. Hope Harriman,) through and up until the current chairman, ESV. Olabisi Demola-Alade, each new exco has built on the achievements of their predecessors.
On this occasion, we say a big thank you to our founders and hold-ups, and may the souls of our departed noble colleagues rest in peace.
Today is a day of fun and networking, and I would like to specially appreciate my members for their sacrifice of time, fund-chasing, meetings, and strategies in making today possible. I also express my gratitude to our very branch chairman, co-exco members, bosses, colleagues, donors, and sponsors.
Our journey has been rough, tough, and wise, but we give all glory, praise, and adoration to God Almighty.
Our program for today’s event is exciting, so please relax, have fun, and support where necessary. As noble professionals, let our nobility always reflect in the good we do for humanity.
To our noble colleagues and invited guests, we appreciate your presence today and at our every other program. Always remember that God Almighty does not choose the perfect, but in His divine mercy, grace, and favor, He perfects the chosen.
…. Thank you, sirs/mas.
ESV. (Hajia) TALAT YUSUF-ABDULKADRI, ANIVS RSV FCAI
