Renowned real estate guru, and man of God, Edward Akinlade has revealed why he’s floating a new company called Haldane McCall PLC to replace the popular Suru Group Limited, the coordinating brand for Suru Homes and Suru Express.
Speaking to newsmen on the development, Edward Akinlade stated that Haldane McCall PLC has come to replace the former brand and be enlisted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He maintained that the brand would remain as it is and keep its reliable corporate integrity, but will now operate under the umbrella of Haldane McCall PLC.
Suru Homes Limited has served Nigerians in developing luxury residential properties and low-cost housing in choice locations in Nigeria as well as chains of function halls throughout Nigeria. The company has expanded its scope of operations by launching serviced apartments for letting.
He said:
“Haldane McCall PLC is set to take over from Suru Group Limited. We wanted to have a position on the Nigerian stock exchange. So the process is ongoing with the new name. Under Haldane McCall PLC is our two businesses, Suru Express and Suru Homes. After we get enlisted on the stock exchange, we can access more funds and bring more investors into the system”, he said.
