Mogaji Wole Arisekola has once again brought smiles to the faces of his community at Ajenigieye Compound, N4/534, Temidire, Oje, Ibadan.
The Ibadan-born businessman and publisher of The Street Journal Magazine distributed over 40 bags of rice to his people on Saturday, January 18th, 2025.
The gesture of love, as supervised by Arisekola himself, witnessed a massive turnout with beneficiaries expressing their heartfelt gratitude to their Mogaji. They showered prayers on him over his continuous support to the community through his philanthropic activities.
As the Mogaji (family head) of Ajenigieye, Arisekolahas notably contributed to and continues to contribute to the development of his immediate environment. He has positively impacted many lives within the community, just as he has done in society generally.
He recently distributed 3,000 bundles of exercise books and 1,500 school bags to primary and secondary school students within his family compound in Yemetu-Oje, Ibadan. Some market women within the community also recently benefited from his #50,000 empowerment scheme. This is coupled with the widows and the elderly ones on his monthly payroll. There are also scores at various stages of education under his scholarship scheme.
All these and many more are what Wole Arisekola has been doing for years without making noise about them.
When asked how he feels seeing smiles on people’s faces, Arisekola’s answer was very simple and direct.
He said: “It gives me a kind of inner joy whenever I help people. All I’m asking from God is to give me the grace and ability to do even more for my people and the society generally.”
