The visit aimed to contribute to the reshaping of Nigeria’s future.

Dr Badmus also enumerated various initiatives of the NYCN, emphasizing the strategic roles of Nigerian youth in shaping the country’s future and the desire to ignite transformative changes.
The NYCN Ambassador noted that as Nigeria’s youth population continues to grow, the critical role of young people in shaping the nation’s future can not be overstated. He emphasized that young Nigerians are poised to maximize their potential, take centre stage, and drive positive change as agents of transformation.
He stated that, the NYCN is advocating for increased investment in programmes that promote youth empowerment and participation, including support for youth-led initiatives, civic education, and leadership development programmes.
Badmus also unveiled The Global Clusters, a platform for entrepreneurs, technocrats, and visionaries interested in collaboration for development and prosperity. He described it not just as a platform but as a revolutionary movement designed to empower Nigerian youths with accurate knowledge, information, and connections.
He referred to it as a “panacea to Nigeria’s challenges,” a powerful solution that will equip young Nigerians with the tools needed to become not only successful but extraordinary.
“With the Global Clusters, Nigerian youth will gain access to the knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of the global landscape, connecting them strategically with mentors, peers, and industry leaders.
“The initiative aims to unlock opportunities in education, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration, transforming participants into passionate nation-builders and unstoppable global citizens,” he added.
Badmus also announced two key events aimed at propelling Nigerian youths onto the international stage: the Global Clusters International Business Summit, scheduled for November 10-17, 2025, in Turkey, and International Youth Day, taking place on August 23, 2025, in Madrid, Spain.
