Seasoned brand communicator, and consultant, Marian Oluwakemi Arewa, has been named the best EKO FEMALE EVENTS COMPERE of the Year at the 2022 Eko Heritage Awards.
Oluwakemi Arewa was in a tight competition with Blaqcoffi, Ayomairosese, and RealTalk With Eve in this category.
Eko Heritage Awards, powered by Ivory Forte Entertainment concepts, also the organisers of the annual Miss Eko International Beauty Pageant, is billed to take place at the Lagos Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island on July 10, 2022, under the theme: “Love in Diversity.
The awards event, endorsed by the Lagos State Goverment, is designed to celebrate and appreciate indigenous custodians of the state’s cultural heritage and captains of industries.
Expressing her excitement over the recognition, Arewa wrote on her Facebook page, “WE WON!
I remember waking up to this nomination a few months Ago.
“It was a list of the Top 5 female Event Comperes in lagos. I wasnt sure who meñtioned my name, and I didn’t even think I was going to win, I was just grateful I made the nomination list.
“2 days ago I got notified that I had won the category. I’m Grateful to God for this opportunity.
I’m grateful to everyone who voted. Thank you.”
