I offer my heartfelt condolences on behalf of Dr. Ibijoke, my dear wife, the leaders, executives, and members of the All Progressives Congress, as well as the good people and Government of Lagos State.
We mourn the passing of Alhaja Mariam Iyabo Olusi, the beloved wife of our leader, Alhaji Prince Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi.
Alhaja was more than just a wife and mother; she was a soulmate and pillar of support to our leader, Prince Tajudeen Olusi. She embodied humility, compassion, and motherhood in the Olusi Royal dynasty. She was a source of support for everyone she encountered during her lifetime.
Though it is a deep loss for the Olusi Family, we must remember the Holy Quran’s words: “Ina lillah waina Ilahi rajihun…” Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him, we shall return.
I pray that the Almighty Allah grants Mama Aljannah Firdaus and gives the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss. Amen.
