Oluwaseyi grew up in Lagos where she attended Tunyo Nursery and Primary School, Lagos and her secondary education at Anglican Girls Grammar School, Surulere. She then attended her tertiary education at Olabisi Onabanjo University. Ogun State.

 

OLAITAN OGUNGBILE

Popularly known as Olaitan Sugar, she  is one of the new and hot actresses who are at the moment set to take over Yoruba movie industry. Olaitan Ogungbile is an actress and a producer, born on 7th of May.She is from Ife Odan, Ejigbo Local Government where she began her educational career precisely from Seventh Day Adventist School, Moremi High School and her higher education was at the Obafemi Awolowo University where she studied Botany. Olaitan Ogungbile got into acting when she enrolled in Authentic School of Drama owned by Muyiwa Ademola. Before then, an Uncle of hers called Wale Dada also gave her a movie break in 2008.Olaitan Ogungbile had featured in so many movies like Sugar, Oko Nimofe, Mioba Torogun Waye.

 

WUMI TORIOLA

Actress Wunmi Toriola is a fast rising Nigerian actress, movie producer and entrepreneur from Ogun state part of Nigeria. She studied Linguistics at the University of Ilorin and also had a diploma in Theatre Arts from Odunfa Caucus. Wumi started acting professionally in 2013. She draws inspiration from the passion she has for the job. She has starred in over 50 movies and personally produced 3. Aisha Lawal is an award winning Nollywood actress, writer, movie producer, caterer, Master of Ceremonies (MC) and interior decorator born in Oyo State, Nigeria, into the family of three(3) on May 31st.Aisha Lawal attended Adeen International School and Federal Government College, Ogbomoso for her Secondary School education.She had her A-levels in llorin, Kwara state before moving further to study (LLB) Law at Lead City University, lbadan and thereafter earned a Second Degree in Public Administration. She ventured into the movie industry through dynamic ace Nollywood actor and fantastic director, Femi Adebayo’s theater training school, J-15 School of Performing Arts. The first movie she featured in was “Adun Madeke” in 2008 and produced her first movie “Ami Agbara (Sign of Power)” in 2011 and also “Awon Irawo(Shadows)” and lots more. She came into limelight through the movie, “Irugbin” which ended up winning her over 20 awards.

 

FOLORUNSHO ADEOLA

Folorunsho Adeola popularly known as Arikegold is an actress and producer from Ogun State. She completed her secondary education at Catholic Comprehensive High School, Onikolobo, Abeokuta. After Secondary School, she attended Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta where she studied Mass Communication. After that, she proceeded to University of Ibadan and studied Philosophy. Folorunsho began her acting career in 2007 from Mr. Latin Film School, Abeokuta after which she went to Lagos and has been doing movie industry since then. She has starred in over 80 movies including Eniola, Ike and a host of others.

 

VICTORIA KOLAWOLE

Victoria Kolawole hails from Akure, Ondo State Nigeria. She is an actress and a movie producer who has produced big time popular movies such as Owuromi Abike Standing, and Omo Gaga. Victoria has featured in the following movies: Odale, Omo, Ajale, Esu, Alafin Ose Rifin, Ere Ese, Ajabo and others. She is also hot on the scene.

 

LOLA FADURI

Lola Faduri is a psychologist and surgical assistant in the United States of America who, for her passion in the make-believe world, decided to pursue a degree in filmmaking at the renowned New York Film Academy. There is hardly no film that she does not star in. She attended Olu Abiodun Nursery and Primary School and went to Barachel Model College, Lagos. She did a six-month course in theatre arts at the Lagos State University, Ojo. After then she studied international relations at Houdegbe North American University, Benin Republic. She featured in Omo Bewaji, in 2008 which was her first movie, Later she met with Emeka Duru, who offered her a role in Emem Isong’s movie, Through the Fire. In 2012, she travelled to South Africa on vacation where she met Tope Bali, who was there to shoot a movie. She featured in the movie, Kafila Omo Ibadan, which was shot in 2012, the trailer of the movie was released and that was how she became popular. Her career breakthrough was when she produced her first movie, Omoge Lekki written by Mercy Aigbe. The movie paved the way for her in the film industry. Her latest block buster was Alakada Reloaded.

 

YETUNDE ADEKOYA

Yewande Adekoya is an actress, film producer and a writer, born on January 20, 1983. She hails from Ososa-Ijebu in Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria but grew up in Lagos. Yewande attended primary education at Bright Star Nursery and Primary school, and her secondary education at Bright Star Comprehensive High School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Babcock University in Mass Communication. The beautiful actress started her career in 2002 when she was with Alphabash Music And Theatre Group but produced her first English movie in 2006 titled Life Secret. She has been nominated and has also won some awards. Currently, Yewande is married with kids.

 

JUMOKE ODETOLA

Jumoke ‘Ajoke’ Odetola was born on October 16th in the late 80s into an Apostolic Family. She attended Abeokuta Girls Grammar School and is a graduate of Information and Communication Technology, from Ajayi Crowther University and MSc. Computer Science UNAAB now FUNAAB. Jumoke’s script interpretation and delivery are excellent, both in English and Yoruba language and some of the movies are Heroes and Zeros, Victims, Binta Ofege. The “Binta Ofege” star once hinted that though she has many admirers and men asking her out, she prefers to be married to her career till she attains the zenith of her career. Jumoke bagged an ambassadorial deal with CYK Garment and Apparel. She has won many awards amongst which is the AMVCA.

 

FUNMI AWELEWA

Funmi Awelewa Babalola is an up-and-coming actress, model and fashion designer who has featured in about 20 movies within her short foray into the Nollywood industry. She is one of the fast rising Yoruba actresses currently rocking the scene especially in Ibadan. She is a graduate of Library Archival and Information studies from the University of Ibadan.The Iwo Osun state-born Funmi is a model and also a fashion designer who designs for most of her colleagues. Acting for her started in August 2013 through the help of Sola Kosoko and she has since been able to carve a niche for herself in the industry.

Doyin Amodu is an actress based in London. She is the producer of a new block buster movie,”Omoye My Son” that was released into the market. Olapeju Wahab, a holder of Ordinary National Diploma Certificate in Office Technology and Management from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, is an up-coming actress and a movie producer who later went to J -15 School of Performing Art, which was founded by Femi Adebayo. It was there that she majored in acting. That was where her journey as an actress began. she has featured in movies like Omorire which she produced, Ile-Alayo by Femi Adebayo, Adigun Re’lu Oyinbo by Adekola Tijani, Fehintola Olobi by Ronke Ojo, Aragbelaye by Power House Production, Shadow by Aisha Lawal, Campus Life Season 1 and 2 by Ibrahim Adeoti and so on.

AYOBAMI BANJOKO

Popularly called Oyita, Ayobami Ojo, is an actress, singer and entertainer, Producer of Jambata, Enu, Keji and featured in many other films. She started her career as a musician before she gave movies a trial, which later made her popular. The actress has also unveiled her “Oyita Classic Band”. Ayobami Ojo Is now Mrs Ayobami Badejoko, as she finally got married to her England (UK) based partner, Pastor, Solicitor, Owner and Principal Solicitor of Adonai Beulah Solicitors (Manchester).

 

ENIOLA AYO

Eniola Ayo is a bundle of talents. Beautiful, hungry for success and she’s got her eyes on conquering both Nollywood and the Nigerian music industry. Eniola Evelyn Ayo was born into a Christian family, this native of Ogun State studied Traveling and Tourism in England.Her singing career kicked off from church (RCCG) where she was part of the mass choir coordinated by Pastor Kunle Ajayi.‘At one point, she decided to take a shot at having a commercial career in the music industry. OMOTOYOSI JAIYESIMI

The fair-complexioned, budding Yoruba actress, Omotoyosi Jaiyesimi is also another hottie in the Yoruba industry. She started her career as an intern in Sanyeri drama group and since then, she has been a darling of many producers.
